Determination of Routes

You can determine routes with crosscan through the logical connection between several measurement stations or with the option product crosscan CustomerFlow.
The first type lends itself to numerical analysis and a clear number of route options. For decision makers and for uses that operate visually, crosscan CustomerFlow is the right choice.

 

With both procedures you can determine which are the most frequently used paths and linger zones. crosscan CustomerFlow paints coloured paths and hot spots directly onto the video image. The colouring and intensity show the level of use of the various areas.  The evaluation is carried out personally and manually, after a defined measurement period, based on the stored fixed video images with measurement colouring. Depending on the question at hand, the image is evaluated in connection for example with structural conditions, product presentations as well as advertising and campaign areas.
