Using the “crosscan Connect” service, you do not have to worry about technical equipment, integration and system monitoring/maintenance, and your KPIs will be delivered to you daily or weekly via PDF/e-mail report and anytime online through real-time access. Data loss will be detected early and corrected by our analysts, if required.

High-performance sensor > 98% detection accuracy. Evaluation logic and memory included in the device. PoE capability. Installation and adjustment takes just a few minutes.
- crosscan Objectcount (Softsensor)
Windows system service. Analysis of video images of IP network video sensors in real time and transmission of data to a local CSV file or an MS SQL server in real time. The system service runs in the background, e.g. on store/checkout computers and operates with extremely low strain on the CPU. Peoplecounting, pedestrian frequency and dwell time measurement.
- crosscan RetailSuite VM (Softsensor)
Virtual crosscan Logic Appliance. The image can be loaded to your VMWare ESX Cluster and generates an immediately available crosscan application with multi-sensor capability in your network. The different high-performance algorithms that are included in the scope of delivery can be used in parallel for CustomerFlow Interactive, peoplecounting, pedestrian frequency, staytime and queue measurement.
- Irisys Thermal Sensor (device)
Measures the body heat in comparison to the environment. Requires crosscan Logic Peoplecounting Appliance
- Proximity light barrier
Bi-directional light barrier for measurement in narrow aisles.
- Laser
The laser scanner is suited for measurement of very wide areas, e.g. at airports from great height or to measure the actual number of pedestrians in shopping zones/malls.

The cinsight software for Windows enables data evaluation and processing as well as the export to office applications of all measurement data recorded using crosscan systems. The link to checkout systems is only possible with the crosscan Connect service.
